Expanded steel is welded to a custom angle iron frame to create strength preventing children and pets from falling through. A hinged door can be pushed up from below in case of emergency to allow for a quick exit. Each window well cover is made to fit your home and is generally available in 2 weeks or less. A custom escape ladder fabricated from angle iron is an additional option that can be added for extra peace of mind.
Each cover is custom made to fit your window well. A representative will come to your home for measurements and to discuss options such as the direction it opens.
Our expert welders fabricate the grates with expanded steel and 2″ angle iron. Great care is taken in smoothing all edges and seams to ensure safety for people and pets.
The grates are powder coated with a black gloss to protect them from the elements and create a finished look.
